Memorial & Writing
Any parity or advantage Putin may have had in open battle with the West is now gone. Any seeming comparable has been erased by Zelensky. Russia is far more vulnerable than ever imagined – at least after two years fighting Zelensky. Putin’s Persona of Invincibility is now dead. Zelensky just killed it – this very year. It lays stripped in ways most never thought possible.
America has won this round – all thanks to their investment in Zelensky. ..Putin Supporters unwittingly admit as much every time they warn of Putin’s growing threats of nuclear retaliation.
23) As with Ukraine, so too for Russia
Coronel MacGregor always has these really long lists of Ukraine’s terrible setbacks to press his case for their immediate surrender. His insights can sound so very impressive, so very ominous for Ukraine and so very urgent why Zelensky must surrender – now. But somehow, Macgregor always misses that mirror carbon copy of this same list facing Putin.
The Colonel may differ over who has the shorter plank. Who’s to fall off the ledge first? Ukraine or Russia? However, the list itself is much the same for both sides. As we see of Ukraine, so too, we see of Russia.
Let’s complete the Colonel’s Lists. All the failings the Coronel gives for Ukraine can now be held side-by-side against those of Russia. It’s here we find the real picture of Putin’s coming cliff to oblivion.
In other words, cheering Putin on may leave him overplaying his hand. Basically, Supporters may find they are walking Russia off a cliff. To misread the war in Russia’s favor when it’s not, only quickens nuclear confrontation. Therefore, our plea: PLEASE STOP. Take better account first.
Tactical nukes is a great case in point. Putin’s threats of tactical nuclear bombs against Ukraine sounds pretty scary. However, the Coronel somehow forgot– this cuts both ways. Should the West respond in kind, it’s the end of Russian forces - in hours. Cheerleading Putin into this trap of counter-tactical nukes by the West is the very last thing Russia needs right now. We gather the US warned Putin as much.
We find the same tit-for-tat with Putin’s threats of nuclear retaliation against any nation offering Ukraine weapons. Should Putin fire nukes, all those countries are targets too – he warned.
That too cuts both ways. The US response in kind. All countries supplying Putin with weapons will now be nuked in any American exchange with Russia. That means you China. And Iran. And of course, N Korea.
The point:
Would this spur China to step-in - with urgency? Talk Putin down from going nuclear.
Or...should China dare attack Taiwan, America officially enters the war of Ukraine. Putin now asking China to step back.
That’s the point of this Exercise in Peace. Pre-empt Putin walking off cliffs of no returns. Walk him back from them - avoid dead ends and find a better way out.
Kaliningrad is another great example. Putin wants to place more nukes and weapons there. Well, should war break out, this fully surrounded territory is easy picking for the West. Putin loses his men and arms there - immediately. In the meantime, unavailable to fight Ukrainian. Moving more military into Kaliningrad is say to good bye to them upon a formal war with the West. It’s a waste. Again, considerations to help Putin move past poor steps of escalation and to find the growing value of peaceful resolution.
This should be done for the first 20 reasons given in Chapter 1 of this work as well. There are so many counter-points to those – not accounted by Putin Supporters. And so to our refrain - talking Putin out of escalation is the best thing any Supporter can do for Putin.
Putin’s latest recruitment of Nepalese warriors offers another example. It formalizes the legitimacy of bringing in the armies of other nations. Putin can no longer complain of the West doing so if he’s there doing the same for Russia.
The scenario. Europe has a couple million extra, new, young, immigrant men …AND of fighting age. ..hungry for green cards.
Germany - Any chance for a million extra refugees to spare?
France?
England?
Italy?
Allah has gifted you with warriors. The complaints against them happen to be the treasure they bring to your shores – for such occasion as Ukraine’s fight for independence.
These refugees are not yet European and so technically, not NATO alliance. However, a year of service in Ukraine and so qualify for green cards. Europe stands with a million or two of such fighting men. The mere posture of this fearsome fighting force could well bring Putin to the bargaining table. Such are the loopholes Putin creates for Europe with each step of escalation of his war.
In other words, we find the bargaining and contours to this Roadmap of Putin’s war and things to avoid before moving forward with them.
Remember, this is not propaganda posture. We need measure the fuse to Putin’s launch. That fuse is as short as the collapse of Putin’s regime, his military or those of the Russian economy. Failure in any of these can set Putin to press his red button of nukes. So it’s really important to track each of these area’s as a single digit of that count down.
By the same count, Macgregor may be right. Maybe Putin really is finishing off the very last of Ukrainian resistance. Maybe the NATO Alliance is in free fall and the economies of the world’s democracies are all set to implode.
Great.
No need worry about nuclear war from Putin. But be careful, very careful. Miscalculating Russia’s wartime success is to set up nuclear war when Putin fails. The best step is to start prepping Putin with other options in place of his death or nuclear holocaust.
Nuclear disarmament is an option to his own death. A democratic election is another. Elections are a magical ‘get-out-of-jail’ card and so avoid the guillotine that befalls the end of most tyrants. These are the possibilities to be discovered in this Roadmap to Peace – a truly honest and accurate review of Putin’s war. And we do this here in a way not yet matched by any other proposal.
24) Putin Really – REALLY – Needs America
Putin Supporters may debate if Russia is winning or losing Ukraine. However, the debate is now settled who wins a conventional war. All that bravado of war between America and Russia now has a very clear winner.
America and its NATO allies.
It’s critical we recognize this milestone. It’s a fitting honor to Zelensky and the valor of the Ukrainian people. More importantly, it will help update some important details to this Roadmap to Peace.
Putin has diligently avoided direct conflict with America. It’s all part of that Putin Savvy - his mastery for the strategic.
The rule:
Never shall these two nuclear superpowers face-off. The risk of nuclear confrontation is simply too great. However, behind this rule has been a much larger fear. Europe and America have always been worried how well they fair in open battle with Russia.
Putin has boasted for decades. So proud of his step-for-step match with the US. He covered the entire checklist of conventional weapons against all those of America’s best. Ukraine changed all that. Most any parity Putin use to have on the battlefield with the US is now gone. Zelensky erased all that advantage. He did this for just $100 billion. America got a really great deal that way.
And so we arrive at the 2 nd part of winning the Conventional war. Zelensky has many critics, but the one thing everyone does agree: Zelensky shattered the Putin Mystique. Russia is far more vulnerable – at least with two years fighting Zelensky. Putin’s Persona of Invincibility is dead. Zelensky just killed it –this very year. There now stripped in ways most never thought possible. Can Putin survive the year? The rumors grow
by the day.
Do you remember Mike Tyson’s first defeat?
A decade of brutal knockout against all who fought him. But then, the day came. There he also lay. Beaten at last. From there on, every opponent knew it was possible to beat Iron Mike Tyson – and so they did. The magic of his persona crushed - the beginning of the end for Tyson’s career. The same of Putin
today. The world now knows. So does Putin. Hence, Putin’s growing threats of nuclear retaliation and the alarm we find of Putin Supporters.
Ukraine becoming the knock-out ring. We see Russian soldiers lay in open fields across Ukraine. So exposed like sitting ducks to American firepower. And very far from Mother Russia. Supply lines strained, equipment low, the grind of war sapping morale. The best of their fighters – exterminated in ever
greater numbers by the day. Gone with their top generals like so many others.
Today, there is little question who wins a conventional war between America and Putin – in Ukraine. All thanks to Zelensky. The only question: how long. Is it days or weeks? American forces to decimate Putin’s scattered army across Ukraine’s big flat plans and small, forest nooks. The Great Liberators and conquering hoard now reduced to languish in a foreign land, hated, exposed, exhausted, and easy targets should American ever decide to attack.
And so we beget that common refrain. Every one of Putin’s military calculations, each proclamation, any treaty offered, all start upon this one premise: Putin begins all of them with America’s full cooperation to refrain any direct confrontation with Russian forces in Ukraine.
Note this sudden change of attitude. The Putin swagger used to welcome such contests. Hardly a few years back Putin proudly commandeered over his wargames. China playing bad ass in their PRETEND war against America. The shrill we get of Putin’s nuclear threats today is so the contrast from all the hoopla of the unbeatable Russian army. But no longer.
Today, we have Putin’s posture for peace in exchange for annihilation. Open battle with America is never mentioned - anymore. The great unspoken is Putin’s recognition that any battlefield contest with America is over.
And so we arrive to the final ‘inflection point of negotiation.’ Putin direly needs this favor from America. Putin needs America to stand down. Now more than ever. It’s not a request, but a must. Putin’s survival depends upon it.
This victory over Putin’s conventional forces just saved America – and the world. How much is a winning conventional war worth in men and treasury? $1 trillion? $5 trillion? Let the count begin.
Putin’s formal declaration of nuclear retaliation is a dictator’s admission he lost the ground war. It’s over. America has won the conventional war – without a fight. Thank you very much Zelensky.
Putin need but formally submit this recognition and so allow the next phase of negotiation – Putin Nukes for Ukraine- ? ! This is covered in the next section. But, just to make sure we really get the point: Putin’s threat of nuclear war is his admission that Russia can no longer face America in an open conventional battle.
And so we find one remaining point – how is it that no other media, politician, Pentagon or all Europe ever noticed this quiet victory over Putin’s little red army?
Putin Supporters refuse to admit, but he’s all out of moves. That long planned conventional war with the West is over. We make it official here in our Roadmap to Peace. Nukes is the only card Putin has left to play (should he lose to Ukrainian – a guaranty if America formally enters it.)
Anyone to question this victory over Putin’s conventional forces?
We could find the answer is a gentlemen’s invitation to Putin. Come join us for his personal favorite sporting event – wargames. This time, a special wargame with actual American forces. No more pretend.
You know, something short and sweet. May be a week. Just like he did with Xi a few years back. Have China come and join the wargame. Iran and N Korea can join too. Show off all the power of the Mighty Kim and his army - 1 million strong. The full force of Putin’s Axis of Evil. Ukraine is the fight cage. America with their 13,000 military planes alongside NATO’s other 2,500. A modern-day gladiator spectacle for the ages. Putin’s men spread out like ants upon the floor of Ukrainian open plains.
Of course, it’s never going to happen. Putin would not last a week. And he knows it. So does everyone else.
Conventional war now favors the West over Russia. It’s so lopsided that China could not begin to offset America’s victory. Xi knows it and so has been very clear, as in publicly clear: China is not joining Russia in Ukraine. It’s a lost cause.
Putin’s conventional war options with the West are now gone. America has won this round – thanks to our investment in Zelensky. Putin Supporters unwittingly admit as much every time they warn of Putin’s growing threats of nuclear retaliation.
And so, we add another card to this negotiating table. We arrive at the punchline – the bottom line to the Roadmap to Peace: Putin’s Nukes for Ukraine for, as of now, the contest in Conventional wargames between the US and Russia is finally over. Time for negotiations upon those terms.
