Behold the greatest disarmament in decades. Putin is sucking out weapons from N Korea, Iran, China, and a host of other Middle East, Asian and even African nations. Putin begs for weapons with ever greater urgency. This matched with slowing arm sales from Russia. Most weapons getting pulled from the world’s worst conflict zones. This is changing the military calculous in ways not to be overstated for a peace dividend – a new peace. 

For all those that hold America as the worst of warmongers, well, great news for you too. Both America and Europe are also running short of weapons and sales along with it. 

What is the Peace Dividend in these slowing arms flow? 

How much more aggressive or sooner would be Iran - should Russia have won Ukraine – years ago?

How much more military adventure from North Korea?
